Hillary and Rene - Wedding Digs

So pretty....*sigh*. This was an after wedding shoot.......way after the wedding!! My lovely sister Hillary and my bro-in-law Rene busted out their wedding digs 2 years after the fact and we shot on a blustery Tuesday afternoon. The original location turned out to be a dud so we went across the street and got some great shots in with the setting sun! What do ya think?!

A Benefit for Julie - Tapas and Vino

I had the opportunity to photography a beneift at a dear friends family restaurant. The benefit was for a single mother who is battling a second breast cancer diagnosis. It turned out lovely and although I am mainly a portrait girl, the atmosphere was so up lifting I wanted to make sure that I captured every moment. The location is in Redondo Beach on the Riviera. It is a great date destination and that night it was turned into an awesome family event. Proceeds from each bill went to a fund for Julie and they also held a silent auction located right in front of the restaurant. I was so glad I was able to do this for the parties involved and I wish my best for Julie and her two beautiful daughters.

Christina, Ali and Max - Pumpkin Patch

Bet you wouldnt guess these were taken at a jam packed pumpkin patch huh?!?! I met with Christina, Ali and Max on a Wednesday afternoon right before Halloween! Super busy but these lil ones outshined all the others! This was my first Halloween shoot and I loved doing it and seeing the outcome! Such cuties!

Happy Birthday Rhowan!!!

Lil Miss Rhowan turned 2 this year!! My lil mongrels trecked along for this shoot as we met Rhowan her mom and her sister in Long Beach Ca. We started off rocky but as the day went on the smiles came and as soon as she thought she wasnt having her photo taken.....I got perfect shots! I can't wait to watch her grow and hopefully capture those moments along the way! xo

WHEW! And those are just a few of my favorites!!! I LOVE this shoot and the fabulous Ms. Amanda!! It was totally up my alley. I love country anything and when I saw horses, cowboy boots and hats I was in heaven!!! For being so nervous about having pictures done Amanda was a complete natural. The camera obviously loves her and in my opinion she should seriously start modeling! What a wonderful way to spend a Friday evening! Cant wait to shoot with her again!

Nina Daniel and Baby Jacob!

These photos are so beautiful to me! Nina and her family were so sweet and the love that Daniel and her share for baby Jacob was unmistaken! They were such a sweet lil family and I gathered alot of inspiration from this shoot. Families are so great to shoot. Sometimes those of us with children forget to take a moment to stop time. Remember these times together. With this shoot it was a loving family, having fun and making memories that will last a lifetime.
